At Wellness Theory Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

- Items must not be marked as final sale

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including wellness, skincare, or personal care products.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used products

- Gift cards

- Clearance or final sale items

- Perishable or consumable goods (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
